About X-Downloadit

X-Downloadit is a fast, no-nonsense tool for saving videos, GIFs, and images from X (formerly Twitter) posts. Paste a link, pick your quality, and download — no account, no paywall, no friction.

We built this because getting media off X should be instant. We never store any files on our servers; we act purely as a bridge between your browser and X's public CDN.

How it works: The app reads the public post URL, extracts the available media and quality options, and streams the file directly to your device via our proxy — so you always get the freshest, highest-quality version.

You can even paste your next link while a download is in progress — the queue will handle the rest automatically.
